We display the features, colours, specifications, and details of our works and products available on our website as accurately as possible. All products and services are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when you make a purchase. Shipping and Handling:

We process all orders from Japan, by hand, and within a household that contains a cat. We will package all physical products in padded envelopes, adding extra packaging when and if required.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

All sales are final, except under the following condition: We will issue refunds for items sent by tracked mail if they do not arrive within a reasonable time frame—after 8 weeks—provided there is no obvious reason for the delay, such as natural disasters, weather issues, postal staff grievances, global health issues, and if the tracking system shows proof that the item was not delivered.
